Terms of Service

Last updated: 29 September 2026

These terms govern your use of gaaperformance.ie and any training programme purchased through it. By using this site or buying a programme, you agree to these terms.

Who we are

GAA Performance is an independent training brand operated by David Galvin, based in Ireland, offering strength and conditioning training content for Gaelic games players. Contact: hello@gaaperformance.ie.

Not affiliated with the GAA

GAA Performance is an independent business and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to the Gaelic Athletic Association. We do not use official GAA crests, logos or branding.

Not medical advice

Training content, drills and programmes provided by GAA Performance are general fitness guidance, not medical advice. They are not a substitute for professional medical assessment. If you have an injury, a pre-existing health condition, or are unsure whether a programme is suitable for you, consult a doctor or physiotherapist before starting. You take part in any training at your own risk.

Age

Programmes are intended for adult and older teenage players. Younger players should only follow this content under the guidance of a qualified coach and with parental or guardian involvement.

Purchases and payment

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Prices are shown in euro and include any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Digital programme access (delivered via TeamBuildr) is provided shortly after successful payment.

Refunds

Because programmes are delivered digitally and access is granted immediately on payment, we generally do not offer refunds once a programme has been delivered, except where required by Irish consumer law. If you believe you're entitled to a refund, contact hello@gaaperformance.ie and we'll review it.

Subscriptions

The 1:1 Online Coaching plan is billed monthly and can be cancelled at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you keep access until then.

Acceptable use

Programme content is for your personal use only and may not be resold, redistributed, or shared outside your own training.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, GAA Performance is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage arising from your use of the training content, except where caused by our negligence. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under Irish law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland, and any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above will reflect the most recent change.
