GAA Performance ("we", "us", "our") respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal data we collect through gaaperformance.ie, why, and what rights you have over it under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
Who we are
GAA Performance is an independent training brand operated by David Galvin, based in Ireland. For any privacy query, contact hello@gaaperformance.ie.
What we collect
- Free Primer sign-up: first name and email address, submitted voluntarily through the sign-up form.
- Programme purchases: name, email and payment details, processed securely by our payment provider, Stripe. We do not see or store your full card details.
- Website usage data: standard technical data (pages viewed, device type, referring link) collected automatically, including via advertising pixels described below.
How we use your data
- To send the free Primer and related training emails, via our email platform, MailerLite.
- To deliver purchased programmes, via our training-delivery platform, TeamBuildr.
- To process payments securely, via Stripe.
- To measure and improve our advertising on Instagram, Facebook and TikTok, via the Meta Pixel and TikTok Pixel, where enabled.
Who we share it with
We share data only with the service providers needed to run the business above (MailerLite, TeamBuildr, Stripe, Meta and TikTok for ad measurement). We do not sell your personal data to anyone.
How long we keep it
We keep your data for as long as you remain subscribed or a customer, and for a reasonable period afterwards to meet accounting and legal obligations. You can ask us to delete your data at any time (see "Your rights" below).
Cookies and tracking
The site may use the Meta Pixel and TikTok Pixel to measure the effectiveness of our advertising. These may set cookies or similar technologies in your browser. You can control cookies through your browser settings, or opt out of personalised advertising through your Instagram, Facebook or TikTok account settings.
Your rights
Under GDPR, you have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your personal data, and to withdraw consent to marketing emails at any time by using the unsubscribe link in any email or by contacting hello@gaaperformance.ie. You also have the right to complain to the Irish Data Protection Commission (dataprotection.ie) if you believe your data has been mishandled.
Children
Our programmes are aimed at adult and older teenage players. We do not knowingly collect data from children without appropriate parental or guardian involvement.

We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date above will reflect the most recent change.
